Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions – Non-Refund Policy for Unused Sessions 1. Payment and Booking All sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking or when purchasing a session package. 2. Non-Refundable Policy All payments made for sessions or session packages are non-refundable. This includes any sessions that remain unused, partially used, or expired. 3. Unused Sessions If a client chooses not to attend or use a booked session, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, or exchanged for cash. 4. Expiry of Session Packages Session packages must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Any sessions not used within this period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being counted as used. 6. Exceptions Refunds or extensions may only be granted at the sole discretion of Sevyn K9 in exceptional circumstances. 7. Agreement By purchasing or booking sessions, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refund policy
